ISO and WFH
Gday ladies and gents,
We have definitely entered into a new era, WW3 perhaps, a biological warfare some people say, but with all that being said aren’t there other things to talk about other than this virus, many countries on lockdown and have made it compulsory to self isolate (ISO), a few mates have also decided to work from home (WFH) to help stop the spread, don’t get me wrong it is such a hot topic at the moment (ATM) which I’ve also spent hours on after a few, but surely there are other things happening in the world that may be also of importance.
A quick personal update, My son just started walking, he’s only 9 months! What a milestone!
I’ve also decided this winter I plan to make a few changes in the backyard, so watch this space ~
Back to bonsai, they say it’s autumn here, but over the last week we have several days in the mid 30s. I’ve hit the trees with a dose of liquid fertiliser twice, 2 weeks apart, and have a few tea bags on trees I am developing. There is no colour on the benches just yet, I’ve just managed to get around to a few trees for an autumn clean and remove some wire, some just in time and others a touch late, I’ve just learnt a new quick tip, remove wire once the leaves have hardened, which would be around October in Sydney, re-wire at your own risk.
I’ve slip pot a few trees and will start soil prepping soon enough.
BREAKING NEWS - AABC CANCELLED, way to bring it back full circle hey. I was looking forward to workshop with Juan Andrade, now what to do with my refund, a new tree maybe? haha
